Hi,
I have been maintaining a Wordpress website hosted on x10 - until recently all has been fine, but suddenly I find I am unable to upload images to the media gallery, all I get is "HTTP error" no other info. The picture does eventually appear in the gallery but won't upload to the page and I have tried "edit" upon which it says the image doesn't exist, please upload again.
The support forum on WP suggest I contact x10 "This is commonly caused by an over-zealous mod_security configuration on your server. You should contact your hosts about it."
Any suggestions what to do please?
NB I am a complete novice so very simple instructions please!
