Uploading problems

Hi All,

I have recently joined X10 with a domain name of whattoget.co.cc.

I am trying to upload files and a shop (both using coffeecup software) but it is having none of it. It keeps coming up with "unknown username/password". When I use ftp.whattoget.co.cc as the server then it just times out.

I have also been trying to log into cPanel but it is also not recognising my username/password. :dunno:

Can you PLEASE tell me what I am doing wrong????

Your domain (whattoget.co.cc) does not point to the server your account is located. In fact the domain doesn't seem to point to any of our servers. If you recently changed the configuration it may take some time, up to 48 hours, before it's fully propagated.

If you haven't configured the domain you'll need to configure it through your account at co.cc. The recommended option is setting it to use our name servers: ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com You can use A record as well, but you would then need to change if the server does change IP at some point in the future.

For login to cPanel use http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082 while you wait for the dns to update for your domain, it can take up to 48 hours.

FTP will also not work using that address until the configuration has been made, but you can use chopin.x10hosting.com as host while waiting.
