URGENT: Most of my files deleted/gone!

Logging into my FTP account, I see that most of my files has been (randomly?) deleted!

My URL is jonas.elementfx.com

I didn't delete the files, and I really really need the files back!

They are most likely still there. The servers are under maintenance right now. If your files aren't back within 24 hours, you can use the R1Soft backup tool or submit a ticket.

Yes all the servers all be consolidated into one server I believe so just be patient I sure everything will be done soon
