Hello Sir,

My account has been suspended this afternoon.

Here are the information:
Username: stock123
Reason: Unable to Review (Login Script)
Suspension lift on: Undefined

My website is a stock trade recording website, and the user login system is a very important part of it. Currently, it is still under developing.

I don't remember that I read anything about Login Script in your terms of service, and I am not sure if it is allowed or not. Could you confirm that if the login script is allowed for the ad-free account?

Could someone help me on my suspend account issue?

If the login script is not allowed in the ad-free account, is it possible to temporarily enable my cPanel? So that I can backup all files and database data, and move my website to somewhere else?
