varnish cache, can't update website after hours, even deleted website still there

I know it's varnish cache, because i was updating my headers for chrome.

But now not only can i not update my website, i can't even get rid of my index.html page and everything else that somehow got cache on x10 servers for the past 6 or so hours.

I even deleted my website, but it was still there after an hour or so.

Any suggestions?

Header set Cache-Control "max-age=0, private, no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate"

The above line does nothing at the moment
