my friend sended me a vbulletin, he said it was not nulled :S please un-suspend

You should have checked before uploading.

If you didn't get a license number as well from him (there's none in the files where it's supposed to be), that is a clear indicator something is wrong.

permanently suspended.
Nothing we can do about your internet connectivity issues.
If you get that worked out Google is your friend for those kind of questions.
