viewing tutorials on x10hosting

I signed up to build a website for my class and I'm using x10hosting and someone told me it would ask me at the beginning "Dou you need help getting started". That never came up and I have to upload at least three linked web pages using the file manager.

can anyone direct me on what to do please?

Hello emmasres,

I think you are referring to the cPanel guides welcome that automatically appear with "Do you need help getting started?" on your first cPanel login.

If it doesn't appear and you are using the cPanel x3 theme (not x10 Basic), you can click "Getting Started Wizard" and "Video Tutorials" to see some tips on how to use the x3 theme.

You might also wish to change to the "x10Hosting Basic" theme as that is designed to be easier to use and get a site running. To do this, click the appropriate button in the top right corner of your cPanel.

As hbazer said, our wiki also contains lots of information on how to control your web hosting.
