I dont know what happened? Can you explain it?
We are running an Official Website for a well-known Hollywood actress, and we dont know what happened with the account. We want it running asap.
This is the message. (What scripts?)

This message is automatically triggered by the system if it detects nulled scripts (paid scripts that are hacked to that they work for free), such as vBulletin. However, if you did purchase a license, tell us and an admin will look further into it (check to see if the license is valid) and take the appropriate action.

Hello,

Are you using any addons/modules illegally, in other words modules/addons which are actually paid but are you using them without purchasing them?

Hello,

I did go through your account and check, and I did find a nulled script in your update folder.
Due to this the suspension is not going to be lifted. Nulled scripts come under our Zero Tolerance policy.

I don't know the name of the script, but it did clearly show as nulled, and was installed into the folder vision.

I can now remember the script, it was a micro-blogging system, but they didn't make us pay for it, it was free, and we were about to delete it, just because it was complicated to configure. So if it wasn't for free, its not my fault, we didn't really know it had to be purchased, if we did we would probably rejected it, or bought the license.
We are sorry this caused the problem.. Is there a way to at least get the wordpress themes and all the archives, we lasted 5 months with the website.
Thank you so much.

Who is "they" and what micro-blogging system was it? If it wasn't gotten direct from the devs then it wasn't distributed by them, and if it's nulled it likely isn't software you can obtain freely (although there -are- groups distributing things like Wordpress and PHPBB3 with viruses and calling them nulled too).

That said, given that the re-review came up warez/nulled scripts, and it's part of the zero tolerance policy, there is nothing x10 can do to recover your files or databases; the account is locked down permanently.
