Please read Livewire's post:

First, virus scan your home system, then go into your code and remove the malicious bits inside it. If you have an uninfected backup, delete everything and reupload from scratch.

Whatever you do, do not view said website. This can all be fixed via File Manager in cPanel or via FTP if you don't mind nuking it all and starting over.
