The server itself was online, although it's stopped responding on my SSH window I had open to it. I've notified our support team so we can get this back online ASAP.
There's no word officially on files, however given our storage network, the files are not actually stored on Vox itself, and should be just fine. The same applies to databases.
Accessing my directory via Filezilla returns this message:
"421 50 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry"
Pleased to heard that about file and databases. The server itself was online, although it's stopped responding on my SSH window I had open to it. I've notified our support team so we can get this back online ASAP.

The whole wordpress database is on Vox without a backup, I was starting to worry I would have lost a lot of work!
Most definitely, I have the whole wordpress theme and everything, I originally set it up to show the customer the theme, but then he asked me to add all their products to the store and add content to the pages. Thats what I have in the database, which is only stored here. I only started the content two days ago so hadnt gotten round to backing up yet. There's not a lot you can say about an outage like this that's good, but it does make a very effective reminder that backup isn't optional, doesn't it? A good general rule of thumb for any professional (developer, designer, photographer, etc.) is that if it ain't saved in at least three places, it ain't saved.

However, definitely a lesson learned here! Will be sure to backup much more frequently in future!
