VOX on e-mail is not working I am getting this this error "SMTP Error (-1): Connection to server fai

I cannot send or receive e-mails I'm getting this error “SMTP Error (-1): Connection to server failed.” This is on vox.

I tried committing a support ticket and I'm greeted with this error see below:
An Error Occurred
Unfortunately a fatal error has occurred with processing your request. Please try again soon.

The email issue should be resolved.. I'll look into the other issue. Where are you creating this ticket? From the Panel?
