VPS doesn't work

I just renewed my VPS plan today and it doesn't seem to work for me at all. Is anyone having this problem?

Can you be more specific? What is it doing, or not doing? Are you able to connect to it with ssh? Have you tried connecting with the console connection?

Nope, nothing works and idk why :S

I assume that you have sent in a support ticket, however if you have not I suggest that you do.
