Wanting to upgrade to the Illuminated level but. . . .

Everytime I log in to the upgrade page, it just presents me with a blank webpage with a small number "2" in the upper left hand corner.

Any ideas as to how to do this?

Just an update here. . . .I can now get into the ordering system, select my plan and payment method, but when I go to the screen to enter my payment information in, I get this instead:
