Warning file_get_contents()

Hi,
I am having Warning file_get_contents() message on my web site http://www.diginixtech.com/, I had already upgraded with Intermadete PHP Configuration.
Please advise.

By the looks of it, thats a coding error, not a PHP version error, but i couldn't be sure.

It was working fine before, I did not make any change on the code.

Right now, i can't access your site... it seems to be unavaliable..When i can access it again i will look more into it. Until then, good luck.
