I have a small bio site for myself with x10 and I would frequently get the 'locked due to inactivity' message, but when I went to my page today it was gone. I tried logging into the cPanel and was shown this http://www.screencast.com/t/ZtQMTV7j5. Did you guys delete my account and all my files?

On July 26th it was suspended for inactivity, you should have received an email about this as well as a reminder that it was at risk of happening prior, meaning it was at least 31 days since you last logged into the account portal. 21 days after that it was terminated as being an inactive account as per our policy.
For free hosting there is a requirement to log into the account portal once every 30 days in order to keep the account. At any time before the 21 day grace time was up you could have gone in and unsuspended your account and it would not have been terminated.
