Ways to contact pre-sales

I used the contact us link on the site, but got

I tried emailing support email, but didnt open a ticket as i'm not a customer. Trying to get some pre-sales advise, how do i go about this? Thanks.

In the meantime, you could ask your questions on our live IRC chat (http://irc.x10hosting.com).

If you haven't done this already; just a note that you do not have to be an existing customer to use the live chat facility. Activity levels do vary so if nobody replies immediately it's nothing personal.

I spoke to someone over irc. Unfortunately you don't offer resource usage/viewing within cpanel (or at all, for that matter)

That screen shot is from CloudLinux - which we used to use. We have since switched to BetterLinux (http://betterlinux.com). We've found BL to be much more stable over CL. Although it currently lacks a cPanel plugin like the one shown in the screen shot they are releasing one toward the end of the month.
