Web Error: mysqladmin flush-hosts

Hello,

Received the following error when routinely accessing the database, i know thta an admin will have to change the varible and/or flush previous connection errors.

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Host 'starka.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' in /home/phillips/public_html/cron/c_build.php on line 10

Yes i am still getting the error.
