My website account is inactive. Could you activate it, please? by the way, I thought login to cpanel also means logged in to the forum.

When was the last time you logged into the forums before today? You are required to login to the forums once a month in order to avoid suspension for inactivity. Logging into cPanel does not count as a forum login. Please post your cPanel username and I will check farther.

There is no account under the cPanel username 'jenawan'.
What domain(s) were you using?
It is possible that your account was terminated from being suspended too long.
