It might have been suspended for inactivity. We require that users on free hosting login to their Account Portal at least once every 31 days. If a user does not login within this time, it is suspended and then terminated after 14 days. In total, you would have needed to have been inactive for a total of 45 days in order for your account to be terminated.
If this is the case, you can recreate your account and restore any backups you may have.
As per Section 6 of the Terms of Service, it is not x10Hosting's responsibility to provide backups.
