WebCalendar - Operation Not Permitted - Help!!

Application NameI installed version 1.2 Webcalendar today. Everytime I make changes (setting) or add an calendar event I get LOTS of this..
Can someone please help me... this is urgen..

I found my answer..

.................... Here is the solution ..........................
You will likely have to turn off the db_cache_dir setting in
includes/settings.php by placing a '#' in front of it.

sounds as you might need to upgrade php version... what version are you currently on?
