Webcalendar problem

I'm a new user and i've used the fantastico application to install WebCalendar on a subdomain.
When i go to the main page, there are a series of issue displayed:

Warning: mb_internal_encoding() [function.mb-internal-encoding]: Unknown encoding "= iso-8859-15" in /home/bartokit/public_html/calendar/includes/classes/WebCalendar.class on line 872

Moreover, i've tried to acces to the admin panel and i've a deny access alert + a billione of messages:

Warning: unlink(/tmp/0ea0ab6c399a8cfced2633167fe5fef3.dat) [function.unlink]: Operation not permitted in /home/bartokit/public_html/calendar/includes/dbi4php.php on line 828

Hello,

First can we start by logging into cPanel, opening the file manager and changing the encoding on the file called "WebCalendar.class" from iso-8859-15 to UTF-8.

Lets see if that helps a little bit.
