Webpages NOT displaying

Finally made a link to a few webpages and wanted to update my coding on Saturday afternoon.

Things seemed to be running well, when suddenly, nothing was being displayed.

Is the updated system slower than the previous?
Is there more maintenance going on without being notified?
Should down-times be expected to continue?

There is one last server that is currently undergoin migrations, and those accounts are spread between the servers so it may be a bit heavier load then normally for the servers.
That said, I've only seen x15 having issues so I have relayed that to admin with a bit higher access level to check into.
