Resolved Website also down

I have been having problems connecting to my website (http://dixons.x10host.com/) since yesterday, getting the error that the connection has timed out.

I can log on fine to the dashboard, but the site itself is not reachable. From a previous thread looked at mxtoolbox.com and it flags that DNS records are not found. So did the DNS for the site change in the past couple of days?

As you may know, we did some server migrations in December and January, as announced here: https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/cpanel-migration-to-directadmin.206877/ During this the shared IPs was also updated for all domains.

It does however look like the DNS for your x10host.com domain didn't properly update, I have now corrected this, you may need to flush dns cache or wait for it to clear on its own though.

The old servers have now been taken offline and decommissioned, which is why the issue came up now and you didn't see any problems prior as the site would have loaded from the old server.

I'll mark this as resolved then, but just in case I'll leave the thread open a couple more days.
