website and cPanel no longer accessible

I'm wondering why my web site is no longer accessible. I've been waiting for an upcoming global fix because I thought everyone is experiencing the same problem since the big migration. I can't even log in to my cPanel account.

Hello,

I have started the restore for your account, it should be available in a couple hours. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations.

I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order in 24 hours.

Hello,

Everything is OK with cPanel and password but still my website not operational. My db is not restored yet, and I can't do it by myself because the option is deactivated in phpMyAdmin. I got this message "The additional features for working with linked tables have been deactivated. To find out why click here."
