Website Broken!! (URGENT)

I cannot acess my website CPANEL or WEBSITE from my own computer. I did not block my IP Adress or anything but can acess the WEBSITE from school/other friends computers.

I can login to x10hosting.com but it won't let me go into my CPANEL just say's INTERNET CANNOT DISPLAY THIS WEBPAGE!

I need to UPDATE my WEBSITE urgently, but cant because I cant get in!! I emailed x10hosting and have not had a reply since. This website is very important to me and need's to be updated quickly. They are CHANGING/MOVING their support desk URL so I cannot get to that. When it was there, their LIVE CHAT was ALWAYS offline!

Does anyone know how to fix this problem - that I cannot acess website/cpanel ?

Try to flush the dns and clear the cache of your browser then try again.

Your website is opening fine here. and I can see the cpanel login page too.

Did you cleared your browser cache too. If you are using the firefox goto tools --> clear recent history --> click clear now.

You can try other browser like opera.

Did you ban yourself from your website? Haha.

Anyways, wrong section. Maybe you should post this in the correct section and you will recieve help.

Did you tried the cpanel from this link http://cpanel.whitenoise.elementfx.com/

try to ping your website from your system. May be your firewall is blocking as you said that you can access it from your friends/ school computers

If you are using windows then goto run--> type cmd Press enter

In command prompt

type
ping whitenoise.elementfx.com

will ping the site.

He said that his site can be accessible from friends/school computers but not from his PC,

so we need to confirm that whether his pc is able to ping or not. So ping Websites are not a useful.

Are you getting this kind of data

Then it is confirm that your pc is able to see the site.
