Website Contents and Files gone. Also cannot connect via FTP

When I try to access my site I the defaultwebpage.cgi and when I log into my cPanel and go to my file manager no files or folders are listed as there used to be.
I also cannot connect via FTP using my normal details and cannot create a new FTP account from the cPanel either.
This problem seems to of been happening for about a week.
