website creation not working

my website creation is not working and any time I create one it takes me back to were I started at the homepage of basic cpanel

This is a known bug with the x10Hosting Basic control panel, where websites and domains no longer seem to be adding properly. Until this is fixed, you are free to use the standard cPanel theme by clicking the "Switch to cPanel x3" button in the top right corner.
