Website deleted, please help!

Hello,

I've had a site hosted on x10 for a while now under domain: berry-burst.co.uk

I tried logging in the other day and had a message saying I need to create a new account. I did so and tried to log in and was able, but all my files are gone! I would appreciate it if there was someway of getting them back as the only backup is on a (now dead) SSD so is unrecoverable.

In addition to this, I'm unable to add the: berry-burst.co.uk domain to the new account, as it states it's already linked to a DNS record or something similar?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Is there any way to get the files back? As otherwise I'll have to re-do the website. I'm happy to upgrade to paid hosting in order that this doesn't happen again.
