Problem: My free account web pages have stopped loading on browsers for the past month.
What I want to do is find a way for my web pages to work again.

Pertinent notes:

1. My main domain is http://w1.x10.mx
The public_html directory contains an html index page which displays a custom 404 page image of a sunset inside a yellow circle on a black background. This is a regular html page made to look like a custom 404 page, for privacy purposes.
When I click on the link above, this page no longer displays on any browser. Instead I get an error message from the browser with text: "404 page not found".
The same happens for any other web pages that have content which are kept in subdirectories of the public_html directory.

Previously, all html pages were working fine, then about 4 weeks ago they stopped loading on browsers for no apparent reason.
I made no changes made on the c-panel during the past month except to edit and update some of the text in the html pages in the "public_html" directory tree. Most web pages were not changed. No other things were changed in the C-Panel other than updating some of the html pages. The C-panel allows login and full c-panel features, with all working as normal. Files can be uploaded and deleted etc.
Since about a month ago, none of the html web pages are loading in any browser that I use.

2. Attempts to load http://w1.x10.mx in three web browsers:
Chromium Version 42 returns: "404 Not Found" text
Firefox returns: "404 Not Found" text
Internet Explorer v.11 returns "The webpage cannot be found"

Note: I get the same error messages for all other web pages in my public_html subdirectories.

3. I did an IP lookup for "http://w1.x10.mx" at https://whois.net/default.aspx
They returned this: "w1x10.mx is not registered".

4. I tried to access my email login screen via the c-panel link: https://w1.x10.mx:2096/ and I got this message from Chromium browser:

"Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from w1.x10.mx (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards).

[Back to safety] (button)

This server could not prove that it is w1.x10.mx; its security certificate is from *.infinitysrv.com. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection.

Proceed to w1.x10.mx (unsafe)"

Then I clicked to "proceed to w1.x10.mx (unsafe)", and the browser was redirected to the webmail login page here: https://so8.infinitysrv.com:2096/

5. I did the procedure for flushing and the Windows-7 command prompt. No joy for any browsers.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get my web pages working again?

Thanks in advance

at URL [ http://w1.x10.mx/ ] - I 'see':
ZElf maken
Eigen website aanmaken is zowat als een robotsgevecht.

Alles is mogelijk, maar men moet er eigenlijk héél véél voor kennen.

De broers hebben nog veel tijd om het te leren, en dus beginnen we hier en nu.
looks like your IP is on someones firewall

I 'see' domain [ w1.x10.mx ] with a IP of [ 198.91.84.106 ]
and DNS nameservers of [ ns1.x10premium.com ] and [ ns2.x10premium.com ]

EDIT:
I NOW 'see' domain [ w1.x10.mx ] with a IP of [ 198.91.81.3 ]
and DNS nameservers of [ ns1.x10hosting.com ] and [ ns2.x10hosting.com ]

and there is ongoing DNS propagation

We are investigating this now to try and identify what has happened to stop it from loading.
