Resolved Website does not load. It times out

Website URL: teste.x10host.com does not connect. I can log in via https://x10hosting.com, and clicking on 'Open cPanel' takes me to DirectAdmin, where I am able to open and edit files. However, trying to connect to the URL produces the following message:

This site can’t be reached
teste.x10host.com took too long to respond.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• Running Windows Network Diagnostics

Something to look at would be your DNS settings for the website.
since the migration from cpanel to directadmin servers were changed.

another thing to look at is to make sure your files are in
root/domain/your_domain_name/public_html

the above may not be the issue but just something to look at.

Your DNS did not transfer correctly. I'm requesting an admin fix this.

I have corrected the DNS, you may need to flush dns cache, or wait until it naturally refreshes before the site loads properly for you.
