Resolved Website down, cpanel up

I am able to login to my cpanel but my website is down. This was working for the past several weeks and has started today.

i see this error consistently since this morning:
This site can’t be reached
took too long to respond.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

As you may know, we did some server migrations in December and January, as announced here: https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/cpanel-migration-to-directadmin.206877/

This also lead to new IP addresses for the servers, for your server that is: 198.91.81.11

I see that your .com domain does NOT use our name severs and that the x10host.com domain redirects to that domain.

The old servers have now been taken offline and decommissioned, so if you didn't update the A record on the name servers prior, the site would appear to be offline. The solution is to update the A record.
