website down for a few days

My two websites are down for a few days.
I can't even access the files in the file manager of the cPanel.
Does anybody has any idea? Please help!!!

If your server is "level", several people, including myself, have reported that the cPanel File Manager is stuck at "Fetching directory contents...".

We need someone at x10 to fix this.

Yes, this is exactly what happened to me when fetching the files in the file manager.
I am wondering how long we have to wait for x10 to fix this?
