My website is down. I am using CHOPPIN.

By website "down" do you mean your files are missing?

Not sure to be honest

I have FTP'd my site to the server and the same applies

Here is the error message

The webpage cannot be found

HTTP 404
Most likely causes:

• <LI id=causeErrorInAddress>There might be a typing error in the address.
• If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date.

What you can try:

Retype the address.

Go back to the previous page.

Go to and look for the information you want.

Looks like it's just the index page - but I'm not doing anything different myself!!!

Do you need us to check our backups for missing files or have you taken care of it?
