DirectAdmin and cPanel handles parked domains very differently, for directadmin they are simply domain pointers that you can not really alter any settings for (and thus not creating subdomains either technically).

The only way to rectify the mismatch in how they are handled would be to remove the domain from domain pointers and add it under domain management as a separate domain. Although this should not affect the files (it doesnt for pointers added through directadmins interface) you are adviced to make sure you have a copy of your site before making the changes as it has been noted by other user that it did in fact affect their files.

I'm gonna guess that you largely have promoted your own domain, so I'd recommend copying the files onto the folder that will be created when you add an domain and then set a redirect from the main one to your own domain in case it is used.

So not sure what I did, but now I have the error on both domains. Try adding the domain but I get error "You've hit your maximum disk quota and do not have enough space to create another domain", and "
No Domains
There is no default domain; you should start with creating one first"

I have set your own personal domain as your main(default) domain, as I was not able to add the original x10.mx domain at this time.

Error while trying to create a domain. Help please.

The domain x10host.com does not belong to you. The subdomain will not be created.
Related: http://www.directadmin.com/features.php?id=925
If you have a separate domain of your own you should be able to add that, seem even as admin I'm not allowed to add domains that are subdomains of the ones we provide unfortunately. I have alerted another admin that might be able to modify a setting to allow that about the issue.

I have no domain in Direct Admin and cannot create it. My domain at CPanel was cxr.x10host.com and when I access it, the message appears: Apache is functioning normally

Same thing happened to my domain with the Apache message. It was working before then went to that. The domain however still appears in DirectAdmin itself.

I have got a small solution, delete the .httaccess, redirect with new httacess rules all the traffic from https to http and load the web in my example was https://xdedecoapk.x10.mx to http: //www.xdedecoapk.x10.mx , since our friends of x10hosting have made the migration but have not given support for the ssl certificates for free hosting, they are showing off if I have to recommend a hosting of course that would not be this, I had thought this year to buy but seen the best seen elsewhere.

Some servers are giving out Free Let’s Encrypt SSL. All I know is x11 is one of them.

Yes I have the same error exactly - front end gives
"Apache is functioning normally"

Back end login works until I push the blue cPanel button and then I get the error page
"Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.
An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry"

Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!

If they gave free ssl with cpanel, but not with DirectAdmin. At least my certificate does not work for me, and I have contacted them and they say that I am not a premium and cannot support me, when they have caused the problem.
