no problem its back up now, just as a note for the last 4/5 hours it has been coming back up and going down again, normally all access is lost to http/ftp and cpanel if this helps to find the error (if you havent allready).

ok this is down again... This is getting tiring now, can someone take a look at this and fix it permanently. The issues seem to only be fixed temporarily until the server goes down again.

just to confirm looked again now and it is still down, any idea what is causing the server issues ?
