What should I do?
Do you store backup files somewhere?

No, x10hosting does not keep backup files. That is your responsibility.

Have you gone into cPanel and checked on the files? Is your site html based? WordPress?

It was a regular site..
All the files are gone, I do still have them, but it would have been easier to have a complete backup.
