Try using https://www.x10hosting.com (the non www version should redirect to that as well). There is a confirmed issue with cloudflare on the non www option, last I heard (a couple days ago) was that it was being worked on together with cloudlfare.

I see now in the screenshot that it was the www option you used, did you do http or https?

Hi Creati19, as Anna mentioned we are experiencing some sort of odd issue with the CloudFlare service that is only impacting a small subset of our visitors. We're working with them to resolve the problems.

If you have an opportunity, can you please run a ping to x10hosting.com and www.x10hosting.com and let me know the IP addresses that these resolve to for you?

If anyone else has this issue and can perform this same task we would be very appreciative.
