Website is getting timed out

I hav a domain techdarpan.com on absolut server on x10hosting. I use a 24*7 online site monitoring system from http://www.watchmouse.com/ . It has logged the attached error accroding to IST ( Indian Standard Time GMT + 5.5). Please help.

Hello, your website seems to be loading fine for me, is there any more information you can provide? Are you only basing your website timeouts on what that monitoring system says? It could be possible at the time of the timeouts the absolut's apache may have been restarting.

But why should the absolut's apache restart? As a webserver it should provide 99.9% uptime. Even if it is extremely necessary to restart x10hosting should redirect all page requests to backup servers.

Hello, apache restarts to ensure the creation and synchronization of accounts between JackMunch and WHM. Unfortunately there is not much we can do about this right now.
