Website keeps going down

Hi guys i dont know why but it seems my website keeps going down every now and then i lost a few members from this blank 404 error i also get this when logging in
An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Your account was terminated from WHM, this could only be done by a senior staff member or admin and has no history. If a senior staff member terminated it instantly it must have been in in major breach of the terms if service. What was your account/site used for ?

Your account is hosted on "Ciroc", one of our paid servers. You don't need to login to http://x10hosting.com/account, as that's only for the free hosting members.

You should have access to the client area at: http://clients.x10hosting.com/ where you can open tickets for support.

About the problem with Ciroc, some days ago we had a problem which was caused by the Backup script, and Apache went offline for some minutes, but you shouldn't have any problem anymore. We also bought a new server for the new paid accounts.
