Tried to get into my site (bethesdabchurch.x10host.com) and all it does is go to a solid white page in firefox and gives http 500 error in Edge. I can get into the new directadmin, but nothing looks off. Not sure if this is related to migration and I should just wait or if something happened over the last few days. Any insight and assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Many others are having issues also during the migration process.
i haven't had issues with my site yet, but im on x05 servers,
and they haven't done it yet, so im expecting issues to.
might be a good idea to wait and see if it corrects itself.
thats just a suggestion though.

All accounts are bumped to use php version 7.2, that could be related if your script is not yet updated for use with the 7.x branch of php.
You can switch to 5.6 by going to "Extra features" -> "Switch php version". The 500 error most oftenly relates to php errors (and use of a depreceted function that has been removed in later php versions would definitely cause a php error).

Seems there are a lot of issues right now similar to what I am experiencing. Guess we will have to wait and see how the migration pans out and if the issues get fixed. I still cannot get into my website, but others are the same. Will just wait until it gets resolved. I have not had any issues until this migration. So, I'm sure it will go back to normal afterwards. Thanks to everyone that is working hard to migrate and fix the issues as they come up. It is very much appreciated. Have a blessed and wonderful new year.
Well, still sitting on the 7th of January with my website still a blank page. Not sure if it will get back up. Cannot get into cpanel and wp-admin still wants me to set up a config file that won't work because I put in all the into and the screen just flashes and starts me over again.

A 503 service unavailable error can mean many things not exactly related to the server.
But then at the same time it can be server related.
can you sign in to DirectAdmin ok? or do you get errors there too ?
Do you have something that is not configured properly like wordpress ?
(like maybe a wordpress install from when you had cpanel)
or another script that is used.

It errors out whenever I try to get to the wp-admin or even the admin panel. I would not mind getting the entire thing reset completely just so I can get back in. I can reinstall WP and redo the website with no issues. But, since I can only login to the x10hosting.com site, and nothing after that, I cannot do anything at all. Been very busy at work and cannot check constantly. But, I would not mind having what is there deleted, reset, and getting access back to rebuild. Hopefully, everything will eventually level out and let me back in. I will try again later once I get home to see if anything has been suddenly working. Thanks again to everyone a x10hosting. I know issues arise when you have to make big changes. I just appreciate the opportunity to use the service. Be blessed.
