website not accessable anymore

Hi,

I am not able to access my website... It was working few days back. I didn't change anything. My domain registrar already contains ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com for last few days. What could be wrong? Can X10hosting help?

Thanks for your reply.

I couldn't reach my www.sounify.com domain, so I temporary use sounify.x10hosting.com. Then I went to add domain... adding sounify.com. I still couldn't access the website using sounify.com or www.sounify.com. Could this be my domain registrar problem? I added ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com already.

Your domain is pointed to ipxmsia.earth.orderbox-dns.com Name Server...

If you recently change DNS to x10hosting once then you have to wait...

DNS change can take up to 48 hours..

I didn't get the IP you mention when I ping...

When I ping www.sounify.com I always get 66.98.145.18
When I ping http://www.sounify.com I always get 216.146.35.99

The ping is not propagating to anywhere... it's just this 2 IPs for these 2 address... How did u get my server as starka, 69.162.111.26 ?

You didn`t get the mentioned IP because DNS are not successfully changed

Go to domain registrar and point your domain to ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com

If you already done that then wait for 48 hours...

It will work
