I can access the file manger via cPanel x3, but I prefer the minimalist "Basic" control panel, However my website has disappeared form the main "My Websites" tab and it instead reads "You don't have any websites added. Create one and begin your online presence today!". All my files seem to be in place and everything works fine for visitors to the site, the only issue is accessing the site via the "Basic" "My Websites" page, if this problem can be corrected without the loss of any of my websites files I would be very grateful. Thanks in advance.

Hi jdnotion,

Sorry about that; I've recreated the website for the main website root. :)

Thank you,

I have the same issue. All works fine, but the same message appears in my control panel.

Hi,

I've also recreated your website for the main website root. :)

If anyone else is having similar issues, you can fix this by choosing "Add New Website" in the top right corner and adding a new website through there (with the URL path blank). Doing this will not delete your files, or affect them in any way. :)

Thread closed.

Thank you,
