website not displaying after an unsuspended notice

I'm getting this error "error establishing a database connection" I already check the database connection and everything looks ok, besides, is not supposed to be any different since nothing has been changed. I'd appreciate any solution for this please

Appears that the unsuspension failed to unlock mysql on your account, this should now be sorted and your site works from my end at least.
