Website not displaying wagnerdenise.x10host.com

Please, I need your help !
My website is wagnerdenise.x10host.com
It exists since several years and worked fine till the few last days.
I understood the site was placed on x12 server some months ago.
Now it is impossible to access it

• on the web : I get (in French) Adresse introuvable

• with filezilla : I get error : Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known".

• via Direct Admin (https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/) I get 'Hmm, login details do not seem to be correct'

The migration to x12 took place in december 2019.

I have checked in with another staff member, and it appears that your account got hit when cleaning out abuse recently and as a consequence of that removed from the server. After talking it over with him we came to the conclusion that there was likely a compromise on your account causing the troubles in the first place, especially seeing that you are a longtime user.

I have restored the pre-migration backup to get the account back on the server. We can get you a more recent backup as well if needed now that the account is actually there again (though it can not be from the last few days to make sure we do not put any compromise back).

To prevent this from happening again, you need to make sure to change the password on the account/any logins for scripts/any ftp accounts you have (the DA account can only be changed from the panel though). Also make sure that any script/code on the site is up to date and secure.

Also, keep in mind to login to the panel (https://www.x10hosting.com/panel) at least once every 30 days to keep the account active. From what I see you have not yet logged into the new panel and would thus also need to do a password reset for that.
