Your account has probably been terminated due to inactivity.

Can you tell us the last time you saw your site working properly?

This is odd, according to the URL your site no longer exists but the server is also saying that your account is intact, unsuspended and not terminated. An admin will have to check whether or not the files for your site are still intact, but I am taking a stab-in-the-dark and saying this is more likely to be a DNS record issue than the actual site missing.

Strange, I've been logging onto the site everyday to fix it and update it, but one day I wanted to check the site and it said it doesn't exist. I don't really know why.
I've searched the forums and I've seen many with the same problem but their threads was locked or closed because they were a ticket aswell.

Have you been logging into these forums too? It is logging in here that prevents the inactivity suspension, not just logging into cPanel.

Hello,

I have had a look into this issue, i have assured all your files are still intact, the issue was caused by there being no DNS entry for your domain in any of our nameservers or configurations. I have resolved this now and you should be able to reload your site fine if you clear your cache and flush your dns.

Regards,
Jarryd

Oh I see, so was it something with my files or with your database that made this issue?

Thank you for the assistance :)
I'm very thankful for the help

Not quite, it was an error with the records that the server keeps that enable your computer to find the correct server IP from the URL that you input. These were missing and the server therefore had no idea where to send you to get to your files.
