website not working after migration Error establishing a database connection

Hello

after migration my website showing Error establishing a database connection
i am able to login to my Cpanel, when i am loading PHPMyAdmin it shows me following error,
Please be patient, you will be redirected in a moment.... Error while connecting to MySQL: Couldn't connect to /var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock: connect: Connection refused

i just checked my cpanel
i am on xo2 server
my site is not working since 4 days
Error establishing a database connection
i am not able to load phpmyadmin
