website slowdown (again)

i updated smf and installed simpleportal and i think the mysql database is slowing the website down again, sorry again.

When I checked just now, your site was loading at a normal speed. Do you still experience it being slow?

Yes i still experience slow on the website, Could it be something wrong or the internet speed?
