Hi
I cannot access anything on my site http://cqfamilyhistory.x10hosting.com/, although, obviously I can access the forum (so can't be suspended).

I have had this same account since 2009, and have not changed email address, password, or linked account.

Any assistance appreciated.
Thanks
Chris

I can get to your site without any problems. If you still have any issues try clearing browser cache, or post back detailing what you get instead of the site you expect.

For the record, you'd be able to access our forums even if your hosting account would have been suspended, the forums are after all our point of support.

Anna - thanks for your reply. Yes, I was wondering about the forums. I have tried 3 different browsers (IE, Firefox and Chrome) and cleared the cache on all 3. I have also tried on another computer, all to no avail.

I seem to be having two issues:

1 - I cannot access anything of mine on the x10hosting site at all - every attempt goes to http://hosting.x10hosting.com/ a dark blue page with 2 box ads at the top and a x10hosting message saying "Website specified does not exist - When it comes to free web site hosting, x10Hosting is an industry leader. The features offered in our packages are unparalleled compared to our competition.
The domain you have requested is currently not in use under an x10Hosting web hosting account."

I have a couple of things that I am normally playing around with on the site - a Joomla installation, and a couple of MySQL databases. There is the main entry site, on Rootsweb (which I want to move away from eventually), which is http://cqfamilyhistory.org.au/ - if you go to 'Articles & Indexes' and then either 'Scrapbook' or 'Members Interest' at the bottom, both should open on the http://cqfamilyhistory.x10hosting.com/ site.

2 - I cannot log in to my Account Control Panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php. It gives the message 'Invalid email address or password supplied'. I have the credentials stored in my browser, and they have always previously worked, but of course when I got the message I re-entered them manually, but still no luck. It still gives the message if I use my Username or email address. If I try to reset the password it says 'The email address supplied is not registered with us.'

Thanks!

What email are you using to login to your account panel?

The username will not work because it only accepts email and password now. That email is not the one registered with the account. Try another gmail email that you might have.

Thanks very much for that! It was April since I had been in, and I had forgotten that I had to update it, and previously it wasn't important due to the username working.

It is wonderful to see that all my content is still there. Now I just have to try and work out why 'I' can't see it!:) - if my users can access it, that is ok, but I am now wondering if it is something to do with the stupid Australian Government internet filter which start on 1 Jul...?

OK - whatever was the issue with my site now seems to be resolved. I was able to get in from work, and now can access it at home as well. Thanks for your assistance Anna and Calistoy.
