Not getting anywhere - website has been down ages, I see it's sposed to be back up now. On boru server...

It appears as though your account got lost during our moves. Do you have a recent backup we could restore?

Oh dear - no i dont have a backup i only just got it setup last week and didnt get any warning to make a backup.

I can login here but not into cpanel

Hello,

Your account was created just about the time we started this work, which is likely why there's no package file for your account.

Chances are there's backups of the files on our backup server as we took a full backup just before taking the server down, if you need them we can check for that.

I have re-created an account for you, with the same user name as you did sign up for. I have sent an PM with the new password.
