On my free website, whenever I post a thread, reply, or do any of those sorts it takes forever to actually update that the thread is actually there or reply. I have to refresh the page twice for it to actually appear as a new post or new thread. How do I fix this?

Possibly due to the Varnish cache x10 uses.

Where do I put this line of code under in the htaccess? As there is a bit of code in the file in which I must place the code.

At the end of the file is fine.
I put it at the very end of all the code, but it did not work.
